It would be nice to find out if threads that are not directly about Dominican Republic's issues and more specifically about the USA, WHICH IS THE MOST ECONOMICALLY AND POLITICALLY INFLUENCIAL NATION IN THE Dominican Republic political arena, should or should not get posted or deleted?

It's very simple, if it's not Dominican Republic related, it's removed.

The Internet is full of sites and forums that talk about the USA.

So far, everybody, seems to be in the same mind wave, to the point it sounds almost orchestrated. I quest as a Dominican national wanting to know "if the life of a potential USA president is in danger or at risk" is not totally unrelated to the D.R. for the simple reason of the extreme input of influence by the old "US" "of" "A" in DR's economics and political matters. Can you guys see the obvious relationship?

No use fighting it guys, this is a site about the Dominican Republic. The only time I remember the rule slide was 9/11.

If you can start a thread comparing the DR to any other country it's allowed but soon enough it becomes all about the other country and little to do with the DR.

You know whats perplexing and ironic about this DR1 forum, about the Dominican Republic's issues only, that the language use is 99% English. This thread began as a result of the fact that a thread posting the question requiring some feedback about people's opinion if they thought Barrack Obama's life was in danger or at risk and if so to please explain. The thread was deleted three times without an explanation until one was requested to the administrator of the DR1 forum. I guess limitation are call for, however the Dominican Republic native, official language is still SPANISH! Whose talking about inconsistency?

Why "perplexing" or "ironic"? DR1 is a news and travel info site about the DR with foreigners as its target audience.
