Web site to look up cedula info?

I remember a few years back being able to enter cedula info on a website and getting the cedula photo and info. Does anyone remember this site? If so, can I get the address? I have done numerous searches online, to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

This only shows those cedulas registered to vote, Mine does not show there

Does not show Cedulas, but in case you have lost yours, here you can find the way how to make a note about that:

I think the online advertisement for the lost of your document is much smarter than the way to the police station in town.
