ministry of education?

Hello,

I read in the DR1 newsletter about the ministry of education taking bids for supply of eyeglasses for needy students in the Dominican Republic.
The deadline for bids is april 26. I need to know where to send the bid to ASAP or a fax # or telephone #.

If anybody has any more information about this please e-mail me at pbdist@optonline.net

I have an optical supply company in the US and would be very interested.
