Does anyone out there know what countries a DR can visit without a visa?

I have been to Cuba 3 times with Dominicans traveling with just passports. NO VISA. Cuba does not stamp the passport. Our tours were arranged through Emily Tours in Santo Domingo. They may have more information on the matter.

Dominican citizens do not need a visa to travel to Cuba. They do need a tourist card which must be bought together with the ticket and costs 15 USD.

Dominicans do not need a VISA to visit Cuba. All they need is a total lack of Morals and Ethics.
