Can anyone explain what is going to happen with the car registration. Ok I know that the car needs to have a new registrationplate, but Matrikulas needs to be updated also I have heard. So... If I am thinking of buying a car, then I need to make sure that the matrikula is in the name og the buyer or? Othervise taxes might have to be paid for all earlier sales ? Is this correct?
If yes, how much is the tax hand how far back can a owner be responsible for earlier persons failure of paying tax?

The government just announced that every vehicle owner will have to get new plates and matrículas. Nothing else was mentioned.
