Dear PepeDr - I see from your posts that you can read very well. OK, I'm going to try and say this very simply. YOU NEED TO SEE A LAWYER ABOUT PUBLISHING ADULT CONTENT!
Read this article. Once you've read this article, go and see a laywer. I do not think internet content is specifically regulated in the Dominican Republic. Fabio could answer that. But, internet content is specifically regulated in many other countries - and you may be prosecuted from any of those countries. Legal and Personal jurisdiction over website content is very well established FOR EXAMPLE in the US, and they do prosecute - IF THE SITE CONTENT IS AVAILABLE TO US INTERNET SURFERS AND THE CONTENT VIOLATES US LAW, THEY PROSECUTE - It does not matter where you are. If you have any content on your adult website that might be considered obscene by some communities, you may be prosecuted. In addition, certain countries do not allow you establish a web presence with adult content on your servers.

We are trying to tell you that even taking the photos and preparing them here in the DR may get you into trouble - Not perhaps legal trouble, but people trouble. You don't want to know that, and that is OK. Don't prepare yourself for conditions here in the DR.
The fact of the matter is that this is a difficult subject and instead of trying to get legal advice from this board, I suggest you do your own homework with your own legal team. It is quite hard for anyone here to tell you anything, as we don't know anything about you, or where you are or where you propose to do business. It is not so difficult, figure out where you should be, and what you can publish, and go from there. Stop asking us here, we've told you everything we know. But what we do know, is if one of us were planning to do this, we'd get proper legal advice - and not ask on your new DR message board.
