Default Missing person
I'm trying to locate someone who lived in Santo Domingo about 40 years ago. I have his name and approx age. Is there some sort of database in the DR that could search for this person?

I don't know of any. But you may want to post a message in an internet message board that deals with searchign for people. You will be surprised how many people you can be found this way. One time I was doing an internet search and found that someone in the USA was looking for one of my cousins in the DR. Good luck.
