Lightbulb what legal options do i have

hello to all heres my story in a nut shell i married my wife last year in santo domingo .. started to do her ins paper work everything great ins approved her i 130 so nvc sends her ds3032
my wife lives with her sister and brother in law and this creeps
receives her ds3032 and forges her signture on the the ds 3032 form and states she doesnt want her visa... and writes a letter to nvc tring to say our marriage is fake my wife no loner lives there
is my case lost
our marriage is vaild .. what do i do her sister sent me a copy of the letter and i already wrote to nvc they say i should talked to ins i talk to ins but all they say is that the case is appoved
any input would be great..

Question Here's a suggestion..........

If you want people to help you perhaps post something intelligible without all this i130, nvc, mumbo-jumbo. which is meaningless to 99% of the people here, I bet.

You might want to contact the INS or whoever this is you are talking about and tell them that this happened. Or consult an immigration lawyer.

If your sister can write to this nvc thing so can you right? So tell them what happened which I think was someone tried to fake the papers saying she was you or your wife (fiance?) and changed his or her mind.

I'd suggest you should slow it down a notch and check your spelling if you do write anything to them at all.

A question: You have a second post that says you are moving to Santiago, you have a place and want a job and your wife is there, so don't you think not staying in the USA will affect your deal with getting the wife there?
