Does a "deslinde" need to take place after a title is awarded for a piece of land? Or can a "Compra-Venta" contract be used to have a "deslinde" processed? And I imaging the process is something like a Surveyor making a mapita of the parcel and submitting it to the Governement, after govenment review it is filed and acknowledged as a unique parcel of land with a manzanna and lot?

Can some one clarify this for me?

I guess the title says it all, as far as I know there is not conflict amoung parties, and all agree the transaction took place, and all paper work is in order.

I guess the other question would be, is there a time past which a contract de "Compra-Venta" might become invalid assuming the origional party still owns the land?
