Uncle Sam won't leave me alone

Does anyone know an accountant or a lawyer that can file my taxes for me in the States? I have been living here since 2002. Please only suggest people that have previous experience becuase I have come across a few that say that they know, but in reality know less than what I have learned from the IRS website.

use the e-file option on the IRS website, or use any one of many commercial on-line filing options such as H&R Block?

They don't offer Form 2555 on the IRS website. H&R block's website also doesn't offer it. Lastly, I'm still not 100% sure as to the paperwork required to show how the value of the house and car provided by the company. Thanks for the link TexasBill!!
