Question I want to bring my mother to usa

Hello,

My mother used to have US Permanent Residence for 2 years. She went back to Dominican Republic to live, She lost the Us Residency because she has four years living in Dominican Republic. Is there anything i can do, to at least get her a visa so she can come visit? Please give me some legal Advise.

Lightbulb Repeat What She Did Before

It must have worked, if whe was legally in the US right? Otherwise there probably isn't a chance in 1,000 she'll qualify for a tourist visa.

If you had asked the question in reverse, regarding her residency in the DR, most probably you would have received a prompt answer. Take note that DR1 is a predominantly Dominican Republic-related information service. The question you asked would be best answered in the many US immigration forums, as it deals predominantly with US government rules. Do a search on Google and lots of forums, similar to this one, will come up but specific to the information you are looking for.

For instance, check out http://www.immigrationportal.com
