Default Semana Santa Rentals

Can a condominium or apartment complex have a policy of not accepting Semana Santa rentals without running into trouble with the law?

I realize they can just say nothing is available, but I'm wondering about a more formal policy.

Ken, do you mean that the condo association is prohibiting a condo owner from renting his or her condo for Semana Santa? If that's the case, the answer is no unless such restrictions exist in the condo regulations.
