Conani has a website at www.conani.gov.do it is quite an informative site their offices are opposite the presidential palace cant remember the name of the street and a lot of people seem to just turn up to make enquiries when i went about a different matter they were very helpful. CONANI has a seperate adoption department email nuriz.gomez@conani.gov.do for further information.
