A friend of mine wanted me to help her out. How do dominicans go about getting a divorce, what are the rules, and does anyone know how much it costs? Any information would be helpful thanks.

Dominican fast divorces are valid for Dominicans that are married to foreigners, or Dominican citizens not resident in the DR. A Dominican married to a Dominican that is living in the DR cannot divorce under this law.
