Hello,

I work for a Promoter's Co. from the US, we are interested in doing concerts,events in DR, Do we have to pay taxes of any kind, or any penalties if we decide to do any bussiness over there?...do we need a special permit,or license for such bussiness?... I appreciate any feedback, thanks

Yes, you have to pay taxes of various kinds and obtain permits. It's not very different from anywhere else.
