What is the pay supposed to be for free zone monthly employees if they work on Saturday (which is not included in our normal work schedule) ? Let's say an employss earns 10,000/month / 23.83 = 419.68 / 8 =52.46. So if they work on Saturday should they be paid 104.92 per hour or 70.83 per hour?
