Default Another question for Fabio

If a Dominican Citizen is living in Canada, has a valid work permit, as well as the proper documentation regarding his/her marital statis...can he or she be legally married in a civil ceramony?

Do you mean in the DR or Canada? Since it is legal for non residents just visiting either country to get married in the DR or Canada, then semi-residents would be no different. We get people coming here from the US for gay weddings which are legal here and the DR gets lots of vacationers getting married at the resorts.
