Is there a page from USAID for Dominican Republic?

I have tried with www.usaid.gov and www.usaid.gov/dr but site is not responding.

They come up on Google if you search on 'USAID Dominican Republic' but the site appears to be having problems.

I recently saw an ad from a consulting company seeking Juditial and Anticorruption Experts.
