Default Appraising Real Estate in Piantini How2?

I'm selling my 173m2 - 3 bedroom 2 bath 1st floor condo in Piantini 2 blocks away from Acropolis Plaza and since I live in Atlanta I need to appraise it. Anybody has any suggestions? Any serious real estate appraisal companies available?

I know the banks (i.e. Banco Popular) use appraisers to decide on how much to loan you.

Would you take $55,000 all cash right now for it?

Can I ask what the proximity of this location is to Sosua or Puerto Plata?

Default You can ask

And the answer is that it is located in Santo Domingo, on the other sid of the island....

Nice area, however...

erichner Try this:

If you look in the yellow pages under "TASADORES" you can find one. If you wait a day or so, my son is doing this on the hovel and I can find out who is gonna do it....

Default Thank you Suarez! Found a company I dealt with in 1990!

Thanks - the link you gave me pointed me on the right track. I located a company that appraised my condo in 1990. I'm so glad that people in Santo Domingo barely move through their lifetimes... or the phone stays in place and a relative knows how to find the people who once lived there.

Thanks!

Hey you need to go to Friedman shoes on Mitchell St. in Atlanta to buy shoes! Only kidding but that is my families business and I spend a lot of time there when in town.

You should be able to look on DR1 for some comparables and then in the newspapers online. After that you should consult with some real estate brokers in town for their opinions.

Sounds like a place I would want but I am not ready for my intown condo yet. You wouldnt want me as a buyer anyway as I am a bottom feeder but let me know when and if you get desperate.

I would help you out but I am on the North Coast and that is way to far away for me to travel unless I was going to be there anyway.

Good luck!
