Default Naturalization and Regulation

1.Having resided continually in the country for at least two years.

How long would i be allowed to be out of the country before being considering breaking the two year time spand? Are you allowed to reside in America during this time?

2.Having resided continually in the country for at least six months and having formed a business or purchased real estate.

What type of business and how would you be able to start one, would anyone help you?
I dont think the Dominican banks would give bank loans to anyone who isnt naturalized.

If you have to ask the last question you are not ready to start one. The rates for loans are outrageous anyway and even naturalized my bet is they won't lend a new business a penny. Nobody would help you.

Good or bad, you pay .... nothing is free in the DR. You'll get a lot of help for the right price.

Banks are no different in the DR, they need collateral and business plans .... etc. etc ... non-profit they're not.

That makes perfect sense, and thats exactly how i thought it would go down. I'm not making no moves unless my thoughts and plans are thorough.
I'm still skeptical on the residency policy.

Usual question: how many times have you been there and where and for how long (outside all inclusive hotels).

Your general questions leads one to believe you have little if any experience in running your business. The DR? Not the place to start the first time.

There is a grande difference between No-Profit and Non-Profit - commercial banks are not non-profit agencies/businesses. You've cited a bank with no profit but, their intention was to make a profit ... grande difference.
