Oh yes that is absolutely true. Hold on while I dig it up.....

This just in: Law CN-2150 Passes Congreso Nacional

The Dominican government, led by Dominican Liberation Party leader, and President, Leonel Fernandez Reyna, after receiving heavy critism from the MCU (Motoconcho Union) over the resurfacing of Highway 1, passed law CN - CN2150 earlier today, restricting traffic on weekends to motoconchos, Caribe Tour buses, and pedestrians.

The law passed unamiously, leaving many dominican citizens scratching their heads? After scawling through the worst parts of the country, this reporter has found the reason. The motoconcho drivers all agree to all join the Hells Angels should the law not be passed. They claim that so many residents will want to drive down the once pothole-riddled stretch of highway that it will seriously cut into their income.

And you can imagine where the rest of this story is going...........Stop being so gullable!

Default Restriction

The restriction is how far can you go on a full tank of gas on a weekend. The government in its efforts to economize on fuel expenditures has restricted the sale of fuel gas and diesel, to the hours of 6am - 8pm Mon-Fri, 6am - 12 noon Saturday, and no sales on Sunday.

Regards,
PJT

You're calling him gullable? Aren't you the one who sent a computer to the DR by regular mail?
In fact aren't you the one touting (spamming) a calling card that donates to charity...which you happen to be the President of.
DR1 is a small world.

Relax, an odd-even license plate restriction was part of the original proposal. It never was instituted. They have simply limited gas sales on weekends.

Default Mini Gas Stations.

Look for the little bottles of urine at the side of the road outside the casas. Can be had for maybe 2 X times the price on Sunday. Viva Enterprise. Nothing stops here as you all probably know.. Cheers. M.

Yes, you are quite correct...

I did send a computer via regular mail....and it arrived.

Yes, I did let people know of my calling card company, where every penny is donated to the Instituto Inglés Fronterizo located within El Colegio Altagracia in Dajabon, all of which is completely verifiable by placing a call to Padre Roberto Guzman or any of his nuns at the la Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Rosario in Dajabon...his phone number by the way is (809)579-8256 if you would like to call and verify. And if you go to visit, he's the one with the robe standing in front of the congregation every Sunday.

And yes, if you actually look at the website, you will notice that many of the cards calling to the Dominican Republic are discounted to just about all I can discount them and still be able to pay for the site and give money to the school. In fact, I am more than likely the only site that will actually tell you whether or not to buy a certain card if you ask, mainly because some of them really stink, either in quality of connection or by having so many hidden fees that it'll turn a 2 hour card into a 17 minute card.

Yes, I am that man. Now you stand up and be this proud. If it makes you feel any better, I will gladly place a link from my site to DR1 so everyone can have this much fun.

Default Oh....and I almost forgot.....

The practice of Spamming is if I were to go out and buy software that would allow me to capture and steal people's email addresses and send them unsolicited junk mail every ten minutes. I don't do that. Sorry.
