i would like to know the requirenments in order to build a house in dominican. i have a lot in santo domingo and would likle to build a house.

If you already have the lot where you're going to build, the next step is design the house, make a set of plans, approve them in the several government's departments and then start the construction. Well, when you're at the approval's process you can start the construction.
The restriction of the house's construction depends on the lot's location.
