I want to check on a project being built in the DR...I want to find out if any have been sold,if company has changed owners and any other info on this condo project.Is there an office in SD that would have this info available to the public....or is a lawyer needed???

If you tell us which condo project, chances are that someone on the board will know the history. As far as I know, there is no 'office' available where you can go and check this. Your other option is to ask a lawyer to find the details for you.
