I want to thank everyone involved in my cedula questions. I was able to obtain my birth certificate, much like an american born in dominican republic. I didn't have to do the process for nationalization. I will pick up my paperwork in may and then get my cedula, it will say not eligible to vote. Very cheap very simple.
I now need help with obtaining a rental business property. In the capital, I prefer Villa mella........Plz help anyone with info......Thanz 2 all once again.
