Default Search And Keeping Track Of Court Cases

As some of you probably know in the USA there is the PACER system where you can search and keep track of the status of any federal court case, hey you can keep track of the "Quirino case" in NYC

besides the federal PACER system, each state has its own website where you can keep track of local or state court cases.

some are more elaborated than others, even filing and notifying other parties electronically and download copies of any document filed or submitted even if you are not part of the court case

is there a similar system in DR?

There are no such systems in the DR. DR lawyers now can't even get updated Supreme Court decision bulletins: they get published at least 8-9 months after their actual date.

Light years away from that technology in the DR.

no wopnder RD is reported as further falling behind using technology

BTW according to Mr. Corripio (sp?) not just IT but lack of technology (knowledge) is keeping DR from making more progress...., in DR thre is money to invest he says..
