Sarah, you're literally spamming the board. Go for quality rather than quantity here. I suggest two things
1. you start only one thread in the correct forum for your question. I moved your job thread from living to employment.
2. you first do some research on the board before you fire off questions. All of what you are asking all over the board have been answered in one way or another.
The members here are very helpful. Just work within the guidelines of the forum OK
