I have a friend expat,fairly old and not in good health...he has to go to US for tests and operation,and has a dominican woman who has been taking care of him for some time...cleaning,cooking,shopping and going out with him when he goes to Dr appointments,etc...basically a full time nurse...
what kind of visa can he get for her to go to US with him for the medical help he needs...he has no one in the states...and the hospital will not perform any operation unless he has someone with him...
