Thinking about starting the residency process prior to purchasing the property in DR. Can anyone recommend a service that provides a 'legal residence / address' to allow for residency permit application to start?

Do a search and you will find the answers to most your questions. There has been or will be certain changes in the policy. If you're from the USA you can apply here in the DR. I've been told that people from certain countries can no longer do so.
