I understand that you need a cedula to operate a business within the RD but if you can purchase or run a small business while waiting for the cedula is that allowed? possible?
You need to speak to a lawyer.I had a buisness legally and I was the president ,all i had was my passport.I already sold that buisness for a nice profit!
You can be a shareholder in a Dominican corporation without a cedula. Passport will do. But to operate a business you need a cedula or to be incorporated, it makes everything easier. Yes you can run the business while waiting for your cedula.
