motorcycle matricula traspaso
hello,
been searching in the forums but did not find it clearly, I want to purchase a small bike in sosua, please what is the correct procedure? I saw in another thread that it can be done in sosua Ayuntamiento in DGII, to get the matricula in my name:
-the original matricular
-the copy of Cedula (Id.) of the person who is named in the Matricula
-the copy of Cedula of the new person who will be named in the matricula
-the papers of the contract (the buy and sale document).
-pay the tax for service (2%)
before that, is a notario required to sign the contract? any other requirements? thanks in advance
