Are there any specific rules for the importation for hobby-type classic cars and motorcycles into the DR, say from the 60's to mid 70's.

Do they fall under the "normal" type auto importation?

I saw a Classic Car Club from Puerto Rico exhibited at Cenrto Leon and parading around Santiago last May. Granted, they were just there for a short visit and intended to return. I just am curious about the rules for bringing in hobby cars that would not be for regular transportation.
