Default Gaming / Gambling law question
What's the law in the DR regards poker?

From what I can tell it's only played in the casinos

Would it be legal to establish a private members club where poker would be allowed or do you need a full casino gaming licence ?

It is possible to establish a private club, but not with the intent that anybody who walks in may become a member instantly.
