K-3 Visa Priority over K-1s

I read read on this forum that there is a document floating around from the embassy that says that the K-3 marriage visas were recently being given priority over K-1 fiance visas. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this document??? Thanks.

i am not sure of the priority but i have a k-1 out there and am waiting to hear something back. i was told by a friend that married a woman in trinidad that he just up and married his bride and she was here in 4 months. it may be different for the dr though. when they told me that i was going to just marry my fiancee too but i was told that it may slow things down since i already have the k-1 process started. if you have any info i could use i would appreciate it too.
