Dominican passports

So, I am wondering how a Dominican goes about getting a passport. What paperwork do they need? And how much does it cost?

They need papers from the father and mother. Something like a birth certificate. The cost is around 1600 RD. I am not positive on the cost, but it is about this price. You can pay more and get it the same day.

Recently legalised copy of birth certificate, photos, cedula... RD$2500 for VIP (same day issue) service, 1500 or 1600 pesos for regular service (a week?).

Oh thats great thank you....so its pretty easy to get a passport. I suppose its the rest of the visa process or whatever that is difficult.

The vice president of my Dominican Corporation needs to travel to the U.S. to sign some bank documents (opening a new bank account). How do I go about getting this person to the U.S.?
