Grateful for comments.

Is taxation imposed on a small Hotel business based simply upon the number of rooms?

Is it irrespective of the turnover achieved?

I read something along these lines recently somewhere but can no longer find the article.

This happens in Greece.

This is a problem for anyone wishing to operate on a low key basis.

Can anyone comment or confirm this point.

No, income taxes are based on profits. For a corporation, a flat 25%.
