Wasn't paying attention to the dates on the previous thread sorry!!
I have a couple of questions if Mr Guzman or someone else with knowledge would be kind enough to answer.
Are condo administrators considered "employees" of the condo corporation?
Would it be considered quitting if the position is not accepted as offered for the current year?

you should not have a condo corporation as you would be liable for taxes, it should be a condo association, again advice only yesterday from Mr Brea who works in Mr Guzmans office. But Mr Guzman answered these questions in the previous thread when you asked.
