Help with Passport. . .

My fiance, who lives in a small town {Bahoruco} in Barahona, Dominican Republic, needs to apply for his Dominican passport. He told me that he could get the forms from his bank, but he didn't give me that much information. So, I was hoping that someone could tell me the application process: what it's like, what he has to do, what forms to fill out, how much it'll cost {in RD$=USD}, etc. Any info will be greatly appreciated. . .Thanks in advance.

He needs to go to a Passport Center, they are all over the DR. He will need papers from both his mother and father, in addition to his birth papers. The agency can give him the exact info on what he needs.

The cost is about 1500Pesos. A little more for VIP service, which can be the next day as compared to 3 or 4 weeks. Of course he also needs a Cedula.
