Do i need to be a resident to work here? what about if I wanted to get an ngo?

You do not need your residencia but some jobs will be unavailable to you without it.

In order to work legally, you need to have residence status or a business visa for labor purposes.

whenyou saymost people work and then get there papers.. does this mean its easy to start working there even with a tourist visa???
