Thanks so much everyone, I will go about it that way.
I will state that I needed to get my children into school and myself settled and that the contract nor the keys were given to me in a timely fashion.
I had to find other housing....
I am only asking for May and June's rent back...they may keep the 2 months deposit and comission.
If they say No...oh well.... I will keep moving on.
