Contacting Indotel

I have a database of customers that has been occasionally broken into by local competitors looking to steal leads and other info.

I have their IP addresses and the time of the breakin, and I am told I must take this info to Indotel and get it matched up with a Codetel customer and proceed from there.

What is the procedure for doing this? Calls to Indotel so far remain unanswered.

I do not have the names, just the IP address. I need Indotel to find out the names using the IP's.

I don't think Indotel will be able to help you.

You should report it to PN - DCI (Direccion de Investigaciones Criminales), you hire a lawyer who takes the report to the DA (fiscalia), DA can ask the judge for a warrant. Once you get the warrant, your lawyer drafts up the serving papers for the warrant and you pay the alguacil to take the warrant to Codetel's legal department. They should act on it and report back to your lawyer and/or fiscalia.
