Dear all,

Just a quick note to inform you that due to a retinal tear and subsequent small surgery my father won't be able to post for the next two weeks, as his doctors have prohibited him from both reading and using computers during this recuperation period.

Alfredo: I am sure your Dad is going through "computer withdrawal symptoms" so please keep him up to date as to what is happening here on DR1 and in our agitated world of the Dominican Republic--Although I am sure he is listening to Z-101 right now!!

I'm back. What an experience it was! The first time I have spent a week without reading since I was 3 years old!
