This is PERFECT! I have to go there, anyway, to sign some kind of divorce agreement papers. And I had noooo idea he was a sanky for 3 yrs. Around Oct of last year, he seemed different to me for the first time, ever, and he suddenly started asking for money: his mother was sick and needed meds (I've met her...she's in her 80's, blind & sickly), he broke his foot and couldn't work, he wanted to open a restaurant, etc etc. Red flags went off, immediately, so I asked him right then if he was a sanky. "NO!! So many bad men here are sankies, but not ME! I'm a GOOD person, and you can trust ME!" He begged me to move down there, giving up my jobs, my family and everything I knew to move down there with him, yet he married the Canadian 3 wks before I moved down. A week before I found out about the Canadian wife after me, I found out he also has at least 2 children. Naturally, neither he nor his massive family mentioned that fact. Deep down, I know not all Dominican men are bad because if any of you are Dominican, I can see your good hearts. You've also given me some wonderful advice and links that I WILL follow.
