Default Offshore Investing

I have some colleagues in The USA and Canada that have active private and public companies of which of course sell shares.Moreso private, so a local broker will not be able to asisst.

They have previous dealings in DR and therefore have alot of DR Resident prospective clients that have interest in purchasing said shares.I am just reaching out as I will be doing other business in DR and have been asked to assist in this matter.
The clients will be investing relatively small amounts of money approx 1000usd or less.
I have been told it is legal and no problem for DR citizens to invest in USA/CDN companies as well as most other offshore locations.
I just want to number one, confirm this statement as well ask for help on the easiest way to handle the money movement.
Normally with such small amounts, the client simply does bank wireS or have a registered draft cheque to the company account abroad.
Is one or both of these options available or is one easier than the other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Nice to see this forum has people with intelligent answers rather than just comedic and/or sarcastic remarks.
I guess every forum has people with nothing but time on their hands.

If you are trying to invest offshore, try Panama.

Be careful of the money laudering laws.

Why such low sums of money and what sector are you trying to invest in

Blue lodge has declared me a scam so please contact him directley as I am sure he is more competent.

I was having more fun than anything else and if blue lodge says it is so PM him. I am sure he or she is enjoying life to the fullest!

They seem so jealous though!

You decide

If by "offshore" investment you mean, as the term is commonly used, that the investors will benefit from strict secrecy laws and that their investments will be somehow tax-exempt, you should look into another country: the Dominican Republic is not an offshore jurisdiction. .
