Well anyways, I wanted to see because, even though I have an american visa on my haitian passport, I´ve noticed that if u have a dominican passport it´s easier to visit Latin America, and i´d like to visit these countries (brazil, chili, peru etc...)

Yes, you can obtain Dominican citizenship after 2 years (or 6 months in some cases) as a resident of the Dominican Republic.
