marriage records
In 2005 I married an American man who traveled to the DR for business. In 2007 I found out that he previously married a woman from the DR in 2004. I know her name and have (spoken with her in the limited spanish I know). However, I do not know how to obtain their marriage records. My husband vehemently denies the marriage in my heart I know he is married to her. Where do I find the marriage record?
