Default removing director
Is there a specific procedure for removing a director from a condo association board of directors? Or must we suffer another year of nonsense?

Read your bylaws. Then be prepared to work your arse/ass off while dealing with complete apathy and disinterest from most of the other owners. If you can handle that you MAY be able to accomplish what you seek.
