My parents are Dominicans but I was born in the US how do I get a cedula?
Both my parents were born in DR, my father past away in DR 2 years ago. I was born in the USA and have a US passport but now I am an adult, 28years old and living in Santiago and want to get a cedula and possible dual citizenship. How do I do this? And how much does it cost?
