Invitation by the Guzmán Family
The Guzmán family is publishing four books this month. All DR1ners interested in the law are hereby invited to attend the presentations.
The titles and the authors are as follows: 1) El funcionamiento de las sociedades de responsabilidad limitada (How Limited Liability Companies Operate) by Alfredo Guzmán Saladín; 2) Las cláusulas abusivas en el derecho de consumo (Abusive Clauses in Consumer Law) by Fabio J. Guzmán Saladín; 3) Ley 108-05 de Registro Inmobiliario, comentada, anotada y concordada con sus reglamentos (Real Estate Law 108-05 Annotated) by Fabio J. Guzmán Ariza; 4) Ley 5038 de 1958 sobre condominios, comentada, anotada y concordada con la Ley 108-05 de Registro Inmobiliario, con su formulario (Condominium Law 5038 Annotated) by Fabio J. Guzmán Ariza.
The books by my two sons, Alfredo and Fabio, Jr., have been published by the Catholic University (PUCMM) and the presentation will take place on Tueday, November 10, at 6 p.m., at the auditorium of the “Ingenierías” in the Santiago campus of the PUCMM.
My two books on real estate and condominium law have been published by Gaceta Judicial and the presentation will take place on Thursday, November 19, at 7 p.m., at the auditorium of the Supreme Court of the Dominican Republic, Centro de los Héroes, Santo Domingo.
