i used to be with monumentale
they are useless.
now I am with
universal america 500 peso a month includig dental.
they also do group
had no problem with them and had good referals when i was looking
for coverage.
they have an ofice in Sosua

I have found my insurance at this site Insurancepaylite. They were able to give a quote that was acceptable in the speediest time. Hope this helps.
