for those familiar with north coast real estate

I'd love to hear feelings on Cabarete and Sosua real estate prices and trends. Nanny's Estates and Olas de Oro in Cabarete both look nice to me. My main problem is the lack of comparables and history of real estate sales make it difficult to arrive at decent prices.

There are several 300k homes (some beachfront, some not) in Olas de Oro. Can anyone offer an opinion as to whether or not they find this way out of line?

I thought that Nanny Estates were priced a little on the High side based on sq ft. compared to what I purchased and have seen in Sosua and Cabarete. I haven't been there nor the other place either so my comments are only based on what I have read on their website and listings with different realtors.

I am sure that others here have had more of an upfront and personal encounter with those places and will pipe up.
